PVB interlayer is a macromolecule material molded by polyviny, butyral resin that is plasticized and extruded by plasticity. Our PVB film with excellent light transparency, heat and cold resistance, elasticity, is well-sticking to inorganic glass and the making of laminated safety glass. Usual thickness specification is between 0.2 mm - 2 mm.
PVB films can reduce radiations from the sun to penetrate into buildings and automobiles, which can balance the high temperature sunlight. Thus, will save electricity consumption for air-condition in buildings and automobiles effectively.
PVB film is used widely in Architectural glass.
Packaging & Shipping
1) Every layer of PVB film rolls should be separated by PE film and vacuumed by aluminum foil,and put into wooden cases. The finishes qualified product is enclosed with the conformity certificate. Packing list etc.
2)Transportation and Storage:
Avoid exposing to the sun and rain and vigorous shaking during transportation.
The product should be stocked in clean warehouse. It is prohibited to keep the product under direct sunlight.
